Customs & Design TOS

• I work only with Moodboards / images or color references / palettes + description, the more details the better. A form will be given to you to fill out for customs.• please credit me for my designs; (Foreignhotlines) (Pinkish Foreign)
Not responding to me within 48hrs means the adopt goes to someone else.• Even if your offer is accepted, I reserve the right to cancel it at any time if payment has not been sent yet for any reason;• When I accept your offer, it means you will pay the amount you offered initially and will not try to change your offer later on; when offering currency for a character be sure to have the amount your offering, I DO NOT take currency holds unless you are a trusted mutual or friend!• Once you have my design(s), you can do whatever with it (if anything please make sure to actually use them Ty! )• Most characters will be up on Toyhouse, please DO NOT delete them (if you sell it off Toyhouse, please change the name of the character as sold).• Please do NOT private my designs on toyhouse. I want to keep my eye for all designs that I made, thank you!• Please DO NOT offer and then back out without telling me. If you aren't able to pay for a design because something came up, please let me know.• Designs must be owned for at least 2 weeks, before reselling or trading away The value of a character design purchased by me is simply what you paid for originally and what you commissioned to add monetary value to that character.• Please resell them at this value only. Keep in mind that when you sell the design, proper credit to me is required• The design can be edited or changed in any way the owner wishes. Even when altering the design, please remember to credit me for the original!!• Even if your offer is accepted, I reserve the right to cancel it at any time if payment has not been sent yet for any reason.• When you purchase a design, you reserve all rights with it. That means you are free to do whatever, no need to ask me for permission.• All I ask is that you credit me at least ONCE!• By offering / buying my designs you automatically have agreed to seeing accepting these terms.
